Almost everything here is built on pork, beef or chicken, and most dishes include egg. If you have an allergy, tell us at the window before you order and we will tell you honestly what we can and cannot do in a truck kitchen.

Full truck service and large trays are available for weddings, birthdays, corporate events, car shows, festivals and private parties.
